Knitted hat with 8 mm circular knitting needles not tight knitting. You will need 100 g of «Alize» yarn (acrylic, wool, polyamide). You can take ordinary plain yarn and add a textured colored or knotting thread. You can knit a hat of the only one color. Tie a pattern. If it matches mine, then use my instructions. If it does not match, add or decrease the number of loops or rows. My sample = 4 inches (10 cm) — 15 loops x 24 rows.
The whole hat is knitted — it’s a stockinette stitch. You don’t need to stitch it — because it knit on circular knitting needles in a circle.

Mark the beginning of the first row with a marker, pin or thread of a different color. You will need it when we reduce the number of loops for the crown of the head.

Choose a color suitable for the bows. I have it blue, but you can green, pink, yellow.
1 row. Begin crochet of 141 ch.
2 row. Аll the series begin with sc into 3 from hook, work 140 sc, 1 tc,

Pass the rope by hand or with a hook through the hinges of the cap in one row. 1 loop at the top, 3 loops at the bottom. Tie a knot.

This hat can be knitted from other yarn, but the yarn should be textured. Here is a photo of the same hat. Here, thin textured yarn is combined with thick, single-color yarn. The bow made of single-color yarn looks very beautiful against the background of the colorful hat.
